Besides all the activities required in a Digital Manager (Portal Management, SEO and SEM, Social Management, Mobile App, E-Commerce, CRM), I have always taken in particular account the “digitalization” of retailing spaces and offline events.
In my vision in fact, the Digital Experience shouldn’t be disconnected by the physical one, thus creating a more comprehensive brand environment that embraces all the touch points with the customers.
In order to do this, I partner with all the relevant departments in the company; Brand, Marketing, Trade, Corporate Communications.
It is very important to me to “connect all the dots” among all different business units of the company, effectively supporting the networking within the organization.
Moreover, in all the companies I have worked for I have also held training courses on Digital Marketing, contributing the spread the digital culture across the organizations.
To achieve my goals I’ve always tried to lead by example, taking in account the motivation of my direct reports and being a trustful mentor for new hires.
Creative thinking, problem solving and ability to focus on the objectives are my best qualities.
